In many cultures in the world beards stand as a symbol of power and respect amongst men who choose grow out thier beard fast . When you first decide to start growing out your facial fluff, be it a mustache or a full beard it takes perseverance, a whole lot of time and patience as first and foremost your beards growth rate highly depends on your bodies genetics and testosterone levels.
But there are a few 'simple to follow' pointers that will place you in good stead on achieving your beard growing goals. So, here are some simple to follow steps on how to grow out your beard that little bit faster...
STAY COMMITTED TO THE BEARD GROWING PROCESS!
Often when guys first decide to grow out their facial forests most fellows fall at the first hurdle simply because they expect far too much far too soon. Beards know how to grow, fact. Some may grow faster than others whereas some may grow much slower. Time and patience are absolute key factors to your beards success. If you start out expecting a full beard to appear magically overnight you are already setting yourself up to fail. I've been growing my beard for a good few years now and I'm still not at the end of my growing journey. So set yourself realistic goals and expectations to avoid tripping at the first steps you meet.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AS WELL AS YOUR FACIAL FLUFF!
I always stress the importance of using beard oils & balms from the very start. But it can be really important to take the best care of not only your beard but your body too, as your facial hairs condition can be in direct relation to your bodies health and well being. Eating foods that are rich in certain proteins such as cheese, red meat, eggs, yogurts, fish as well as beans will play a huge help in your beards health. Now I'm not suggesting you start hitting the gym 6 times per week and become an overnight bodybuilder here, but leading a healthier day to day lifestyle and choosing the right sort of foods can only play a positive role in your beards growing journey. Keeping your stress levels low has also proved to be a huge help, as stress has proven to lead to hair loss in many men, which could have a knock on effect to your beards patchiness and growth rate as well.
HEY MISTER! LEAVE THAT BEARD ALONE!
One of the major factors that often crops up into your destroying your beards growth success is trimming your new facial forest far too soon. When you start seeing your facial whiskers form into the start of a beard we often begin to see ourselves looking a little scruffy, this is often confirmed by our family and loved ones. This then leads onto a 'little tidy up' which can prove to be disastrous move leading to further problems down the line. I'd suggest keeping any form of trimming or tidying up well away until you are nearing the 2 - 3 month mark. Then if you are in the slightest bit unsure or unconfident on how to correctly shape your beard then please leave it to the professionals my friend and go visit your local trusted barbershop. After all you wouldn't want all those weeks if not months of dedicated growth going straight down the plug hole in a D.I.Y trimming disaster now, would you?
A DAILY DOSE OF THE RIGHT VITAMINS MAY JUST HELP!
Along side eating a more protein balanced diet there is no harm in adding the right minerals and vitamins into your lifestyle too. Now, I'm not going to become an overnight 'Witch Doctor' and start recommending which supplements you should be taking. Instead I strongly suggest you speak with a physician about what Vitamins & Minerals are readily available and are better suited to you and your lifestyle choices. You can also introduce more fruits and vegetables into your diet that are high in natural vitamins and minerals which will also help.
Well, that wraps up yet another beard blog for today my friends. As always let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
